Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. strawberries, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 baked pastry shell and 1 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mash 1 pint of strawberries until juice is well extracted, bring to boil.
Add sugar mixed with cornstarch and cook until clear and thick.
Place 1 pint of whole berries in the baked pastry shell.
Pour over these the hot cooked berries, then place in refrigerator until very cold.
Top with sweetened whipped cream before serving.
