Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 baked pie shell, 1 qt. strawberries, 1 c. sugar and 3 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Wash and stem berries; set aside 1/2 of the best berries. Crush well the remaining 1/2 berries and bring to a boil in heavy saucepan.
Blend sugar and cornstarch; add to boiling berries and cook until thick.
Cool slightly and pour over the raw berries that have been placed in baked pie shell.
Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
