Strawberry Meringue Puffs
Strawberry Meringue Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 sponge cake dessert cups and 1 pt. strawberry ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Whites and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating to stiff peaks.
Spread meringue on top and sides of each sponge cake.
Place on baking sheet. Bake in very
(450Β°) for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; fill center of each cup with a scoop of ice cream.
