Strawberry Jam
Strawberry Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. strawberries, 3 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 box fruit pectin and 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Wash strawberries and remove stems, then cut in half and crush in small amounts.
Place berries in pan, then add pectin and butter.
Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, while stirring constantly.
Quickly, add sugar and bring to boil again.
Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and skim off foam with a large metal spoon.
Fill jar to 1/4-inch from top of jar.
