Strawberry Icebox Pie
Strawberry Icebox Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (17oz.) pkg. marshmallows, 1 c. whipping cream, 1 box frozen strawberries, sweetened to taste (2 c. fresh) and 1 cooked and cooled pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put marshmallows in double boiler. Add 2 tablespoons of the strawberry juice. Cook until marshmallows are dissolved.
Mix strawberries and marshmallows thoroughly.
Chill about 2 hours. Fold in whipped cream to marshmallow mixture and pour into pastry shell. Chill until firm.
