Strawberry Gelatin Salad
Strawberry Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 2 large finely diced bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add strawberries (can be added while frozen) and mix.
Add remaining fruit.
Pour half into 2-quart mold and let gel.
(Leave other half out so it won't set.) Add sour cream and let stand firm.
Add remaining jello mixture and let stand until firm.
Can be made the day before.
Serves 8.
