Strawberry Freezer Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. strawberries, finely mashed through sieve, 4 c. sugar, 1 pkg. pectin and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine berries and sugar.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Stirring occasionally, stir pectin in water, bring to a boil and boil rapidly 1 minute; stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add berries and stir about 2 minutes.
Pour into jars.
Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Refrigerate until gelled, seal with wax.
Store in freezer.
