Strawberry Freezer Jam
Strawberry Freezer Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. (2 c.) strawberries, 4 c. sugar, 1 box powdered fruit pectin (sure-jell, etc.) and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash and hull strawberries.
Place in large bowl.
Add sugar and mix well.
In a saucepan, combine water and pectin.
Bring to boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Stir into fruit mixture.
Continue stirring 3 minutes.
Quickly ladle into sterilized jars.
Cover with tight lids.
Allow to set at room temperature 24 hours.
Store in freezer.
Makes 6 medium jelly glasses.
If kept in the refrigerator, use within 3 weeks.
