Strawberry Delight Salad
Strawberry Delight Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. strawberry jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen strawberries, 1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple and 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
Put strawberries in hot gelatin and stir until melted.
Add crushed pineapple and syrup.
Stir well.
Pour into rectangular dish.
Chill for two hours or overnight.
Stir cream cheese and sugar together until fluffy.
Add Cool Whip and vanilla.
Spread over gelatin then sprinkle chopped nuts over top.
Chill.
Cut into squares.
