Strawberry Delight Salad
Strawberry Delight Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. strawberry jell-o, 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 can crushed pineapple, 3 ripe bananas, mashed and 1 (6 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In mixing bowl, put Jell-O and 2 cups hot water.
Add frozen berries.
Mix thoroughly.
Add crushed pineapple, juice and all.
Add mashed bananas.
Mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 9-inch square dish or pan.
Refrigerate until solid.
Cover with thin layer of sour cream.
(Refrigerate until solid before covering with the sour cream.)
