Strawberry Delight
Strawberry Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. cream or cool whip, 1/4 lb. margarine, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs and 1 lb. vanilla wafers, rolled fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream margarine and powdered sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, cream well.
Cover vanilla wafer crumbs (reserving 1/4 of crumbs for top) with butter mixture.
Cover this with strawberries. Cover berries with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Cover with 1/4 of crumbs.
Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator.
