Strawberry Cream Salad
Strawberry Cream Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (13 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 2 large bananas, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add strawberries; stir gently to separate strawberries.
Add pineapple and bananas.
Mix well.
Pour half of gelatin mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill until firm.
Spread evenly with sour cream.
Pour remaining mix on top.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares.
Yields 12 servings.
