Strawberry Chiffon
Strawberry Chiffon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. water, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin, 1 pt. strawberries, hulled and pared and 1 c. low-fat plain yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a small pan, add water, sugar and gelatin.
Cook over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
Stir occasionally and remove from heat.
Stir in strawberries and chill for 1/2 hour. When mixture is cold, stir in yogurt until completely combined. Gently fold in egg whites.
Store in refrigerator about 4 hours.
