Strawberry Cake
Strawberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. white cake mix, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 4 eggs and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Generously grease a tube cake pan. Stir together cake mix and dry gelatin.
Blend well with 3/4 cup oil.
Add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each egg.
Stir flour into nuts and add to cake mixture.
Add strawberries to batter.
Gently mix.
Pour batter into cake pan.
Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until toothpick tests clean.
Serve with Cool Whip and fresh strawberries on top.
For a more decorative cake, cover completely with Cool Whip and decorate with berries.
