Strawberry Banana Cream Pie
Strawberry Banana Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 family size box strawberry jell-o, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 2 medium ripe bananas, 1 large prepared graham cracker crust and 1 small container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Prepare Jell-O with only 2 cups boiling water; stir to dissolve Jell-O and stir in frozen berries.
Set in fridge and stir frequently until Jell-O gets thick, not set, about 20 minutes.
Pour 1/4 mixture in crust, slice bananas over jello, spread 1/4 Jell-O over that and set in fridge.
Mix pudding with 1 cup milk for thickness.
Spread on pie.
Pour 1/4 Jell-O on pudding.
Slice other banana on that.
Spread remaining Jell-O over top.
Refrigerate until solidly set.
Spoon Cool Whip on top in 8 serving sections and a bigger spoonful in middle.
Place strawberry on each Cool Whip dollop.
