Stove Top Meat Loaf
Stove Top Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat, 1/2 to 1 c. cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 2 eggs and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix meat, crackers, onions, eggs, salt, pepper and 1/3 can tomato soup together.
Make big patties.
Cook in shortening on medium heat until brown on bottom.
Turn and reduce heat to low for approximately 30 minutes.
Add water and mustard to soup until can is full.
Stir well.
Once meat is brown all the way through, add soup mixture and baste.
Place cheese slices on top of patties and baste until cheese is melted.
