Heat oven to 400Β°.
Beat eggs with a fork until well blended. Stir in oil, vanilla and lemon flavoring.
Blend in sugar until mixture thickens.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg and stir into oil mixture.
Drop with teaspoon 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Flatten with greased glass dipped in sugar.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes to a delicate brown.
Remove immediately from baking sheet.
