Steak Picatta
Steak Picatta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. round steak, cubed, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped and 1 to 2 fresh roma tomatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown meat in small amount of oil.
Add onion and saute until onion is transparent (2 to 3 minutes).
Add all of remaining ingredients and mix well.
Add enough water to cover.
Bring to low.
Simmer.
Cover and cook 20 minutes.
