Steak Diane
Steak Diane is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. reduced-calorie oleo, 2 tbsp. low sodium worcestershire sauce, 3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms, 1 c. chopped onion and 4 (4 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine oleo and Worcestershire sauce in a large skillet. Place over medium heat until hot.
Add mushrooms and onions.
Saute until tender.
Place steak between plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.
Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard on one side of each steak.
Cook steaks, mustard side down, 4 minutes over medium heat.
Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard on top side, then flip.
Cook 4 minutes or until desired doneness.
Lightly pierce steak with forks.
Pour brandy over steaks, cover and simmer 1 minute.
Spoon mushroom mixture over steaks.
