Steak Diane
Steak Diane is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 beef ribeye steaks (1 1/2 in. thick), 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/8 tsp. salt, 4 tbsp. margarine (divided) and 2 tbsp. chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Sprinkle steaks with pepper and salt.
In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of margarine, stir in onions and mustard.
Cook for 1 minute.
Add steaks, cook for 3 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
Remove to serving plate and keep warm.
Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and remaining butter to skillet.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add parsley and chives.
Pour over steaks.
