Steak Brasciole
Steak Brasciole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. provolone cheese, shredded, 1 tbsp. dried oregano and 1 tbsp. dried basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven at 350Β°.
In medium bowl place first 8 ingredients and mix well.
Put filling in pounded meat at the widest end of steak.
Roll meat so that seam is underneath.
Place on greased baking dish and spread a little olive oil over the meat.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is cooked through.
Serve with your favorite brown gravy.
