Stained Glass Cookies
Stained Glass Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag chocolate chips, 1 stick margarine, 1 large pkg. colored miniature marshmallows, 1 c. finely chopped walnuts and 4 oz. shredded coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt the chocolate chips and margarine over low heat or in a double boiler until melted well.
Remove from stove.
Put nuts and marshmallows in large bowl.
Pour chocolate mixture over nuts and marshmallows; mix well.
Have 3 (24-inch long) pieces of waxed paper laid out.
Sprinkle papers with finely shredded coconut to all but 2-inches of edges.
Divide mixture into thirds.
Form into rolls and shape.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Slice 1/4-inch thick.
