Squash Supreme
Squash Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 small yellow squash, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook squash (cut in 1/2-inch rings) and onion until tender. Drain, saving liquid from squash. Melt butter; add flour gradually until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup reserved liquid from squash.
Cook until thick.
Add salt, 1/2 cup cheese, green peppers and squash.
Pour in buttered baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese, crumbs and paprika.
Bake at 350Β° until brown.
