Squash Relish
Squash Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. salt, 4 large squash, chopped, 4 large onions, chopped, 2 green peppers, chopped and 3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Soak squash, onions and peppers in salt and ice water for 1 hour.
Drain and rinse; rinse second time and drain.
Boil sugar, vinegar, turmeric and celery seed for 3 minutes, then add vegetables.
Boil 10 minutes.
Put in sterilized jars.
Process in boiling water for 10 minutes.
