Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, diced, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 eggs, 3/4 stick margarine, melted and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook squash and onion.
Drain well.
In bowl, beat eggs and add remaining ingredients, except bread and cheese.
In buttered 2-quart shallow casserole dish, layer bread, squash and cheese. Repeat each layer.
Top with remaining bread.
Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
