Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. fresh, canned or frozen squash, cooked and drained, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. margarine, 2 c. ritz crackers, crushed and 1 medium onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook squash until tender.
Drain.
Mix all other ingredients together with squash.
Place in a greased baking pan.
Cook casserole about 30 or 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top in a 350Β° oven.
