Slice and boil squash until tender.

Drain.

Mix soup, mayonnaise, and well beaten eggs together.

Add squash to this mixture.

Squash mixture into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

Sprinkle finely crushed Ritz cracker crumbs over the squash mixture and drizzle a little squeeze Parkay butter over crumbs, then grated cheese.

Repeat layer of squash, cracker crumbs and cheese again.
