Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. fresh squash, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. pepperidge farm herb-seasoned stuffing mix and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook squash and onion until tender.
Mash and add butter, egg, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 of the cracker crumbs and stuffing mix.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs, stuffing mix and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese browns lightly, 20 to 30 minutes.
