Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium yellow squash, sliced, 1 medium onion, chopped, salt and pepper, 1 medium carrot, grated and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling water (10 to 15 minutes); drain.
Season to taste.
Combine squash mixture, carrot, sour cream and soup.
Bake in 2-quart casserole at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
Top with buttered crumbs for 15 minutes before finishing; brown.
Serves 8 to 10.
