Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium yellow squash, sliced, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 egg, well beaten and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil squash in small amount of water several minutes, then drain.
Combine all ingredients except a small amount of cheese and crackers.
Pour into casserole.
Sprinkle with remaining cracker and cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Yields 4 servings.
