Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 small onions, 3 boiled eggs and 2 packs ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook squash and drain.
Grate onions and eggs.
Mix eggs, onions and cream of mushroom soup.
Mix with squash and set aside. Crumble crackers, melt butter and mix.
Put one layer of squash mix and one layer of crackers, then bake 45 minutes or until brown.
