Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. yellow squash, cut in little hunks, 3 eggs, medium onion, garlic bread crumbs and 1 can chopped green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut squash in little hunks; boil for 10 to 15 minutes, until tender (not done).
In a bowl, take eggs and whip with fork until fluffy.
Dice 1 medium onion.
Add the chopped green chilies.
In a casserole dish, put Cheez Whiz on bottom and sides of dish.
Put layer of squash; pour some of the egg mixture (eggs, onion and green chilies) over the cheese and squash.
Repeat layers until all is used up.
