Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. squash, 1 c. sour cream, 1 small can pimentos, 2 c. cream of chicken soup and 2 chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Salt and cook sliced squash and onions over medium heat with no water.
Mash and drain.
Add sour cream, pimentos, soup and carrots.
Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with stuffing.
Line bottom of casserole dish with stuffing.
Pour other ingredients over top.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 12.
