Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. yellow squash or 2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. corn meal, 1 stick margarine and 1 bell pepper (medium), diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut up unpeeled squash.
Cook until tender; drain and mash. Add margarine and mix well.
Add all other ingredients.
