Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced yellow squash, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing, 3 large eggs and 1/2 c. crushed unsalted crackers (saltines), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook squash with onion according to directions on squash package, omitting salt.
Drain well, pressing between paper towels to remove excess liquid.
Combine squash mixture, mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a lightly greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish.
Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
