Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 yellow squash, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 bouillon cube (beef) and 1 medium chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook squash until tender and drain; mash squash and add salt and pepper, bouillon cube, butter and onion.
Add egg, sour cream, and cheese.
Pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over mixture and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
