Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. yellow squash, cut into 1/4-inch slices, 2 tbsp. oil, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 egg, beaten and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oil in skillet.
Add squash and saute for 5 minutes or until tender.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Combine all ingredients, except potato chips and mix well.
Pour over squash. Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
