Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with squash, 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, cheez-its crackers, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook squash with onion until tender.
Drain and mash.
Add cheese, cut in small pieces.
Add crackers, mashed fine.
Add milk and cream of mushroom soup.
Add a little celery.
Add small piece of onion cut fine.
Mix all together.
Pour in baking dish.
Add small pats of butter.
Bake at 350Β° until brown, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with crackers before cooking on top.
Then add butter.
