Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. sliced squash (6 to 8 medium size squash), 2 medium to large onions, sliced, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 1 c. milk and 2 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil squash and onions with bouillon cube in lightly salted water until very tender.
Drain.
Mix other ingredients with drained squash/onions.
Bake in a 1 1/2-quart or 2-quart casserole dish at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
