Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 6 small squash, chopped, 2 tbsp. oil, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil squash in water and salt for 8 minutes; drain.
Cook beef and onion in oil and drain.
Add crumbs, salt and pepper. Stir in butter and flour.
Add milk; cook until bubbly.
Add cheese.
Stir until mixed.
Put squash in bottom of buttered casserole.
Top with meat mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
