Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 beaten eggs, 1 c. milk and 2 c. grated sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook prepared squash (or use canned squash) and onion in enough water to cover for 8 to 15 minutes.
When tender, drain and mash.
Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Bake in a long, buttered casserole dish for 1 hour at 300Β°.
