Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. yellow squash, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 c. milk, 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated and 2 medium onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook squash in a small amount of water until almost tender. Add beaten eggs, milk, mushroom soup and onions.
Add a layer of this mixture and a layer of cheese, making 2 layers.
Cover with cracker crumbs; dot with butter or margarine.
Bake about 30 minutes at 325Β°.
