Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash (yellow), 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 egg, 1/2 c. evaporated milk and 3/4 c. cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook squash and onion together until tender.
Drain well.
Add cracker crumbs, margarine and 1 cup of cheese.
Beat egg with milk; add to mixture.
