Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium yellow summer squash, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 egg, well beaten, 1/2 c. milk and 1 can mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut squash, then boil until tender; drain and mash.
Combine all other ingredients, reserving a small amount of cheese and cracker crumbs (about 1/4 cup each).
Pour mixture into a greased casserole; sprinkle with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes, until brown.
