Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. squash, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1 c. grated cheese, 1 tbsp. sugar and 2 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Slice squash and cook in boiling, salted water. Drain.
Mix all other ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and paprika.
Blend well with squash.
Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350Β° until cheese melts and casserole is piping hot.
