Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 yellow squash, sliced, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter or oil, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup and 1 small container sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a skillet, cook the squash and onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender; drain.
In a bowl, combine the condensed soup, sour cream and dressing.
Stir in melted butter.
Spread half the dressing mixture in bottom of greased baking dish.
Top with squash and onion.
Sprinkle the rest of dressing mixture on top of vegetables.
Cook at 350Β° for 1 hour.
