Squash Au Gratin
Squash Au Gratin is an easy dinner. Made with 2 medium butternut or acorn squash, 2 tbsp. rosemary, salt and pepper and asiago cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook squash in 350° oven until tender.
Allow to cool, then peel and mash.
Add rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
Spread squash into a buttered 13 x 9 pan.
Shred Asiago cheese and completely cover top of squash.
Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly.
Serves 8.
