Springtime Pasta
Springtime Pasta is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti or fettucine, 5 tbsp. vegetable oil, 4 green onions, chopped, 1/2 lb. broccoli florets and 1/2 lb. asparagus (1-inch pieces), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Prepare pasta according to package; drain.
In large bowl, toss with 1 tablespoon oil, green onions and garlic.
In large saucepan, combine broccoli and asparagus with boiling water.
Cook 4 minutes.
Drain and add to pasta.
Add thawed peas, bell pepper, mushrooms, Parmesan and parsley; toss well.
