Spoon Bread
Spoon Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. milk, 6 tbsp. butter, 1 c. cornmeal, 1 tsp. salt and 3 eggs, room temperature, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Scald milk (do not boil).
Stir in butter, cornmeal and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until cornmeal comes away from sides of pan and thickens.
Set aside and cool to lukewarm, add beaten egg yolks and mix well.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in a greased and floured 2-quart baking dish at 375Β° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
