Spoon Bread

Gradually add corn meal to milk while beating.
Stir until it thickens.
Remove from fire and cool slightly.
Add sugar, salt and butter.
Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Fold in egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Fold in egg whites.
Place in a greased casserole. Bake at 275Β° for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown on top.
Serve immediately with melted butter.
